1. General Refund Policy

Refunds for our services are subject to the following conditions:

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds may take 10-15 business days after approval

2. Web Development Services

2.1 Before Project Commencement

If you cancel before any work has begun, we will refund 100% of your deposit, minus any payment processing fees.

2.2 During Development Phase

If you wish to cancel during the development phase:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged at the agreed hourly rate or project milestone rate
  • Remaining funds after deducting completed work will be refunded
  • You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Minimum charges may apply based on the initial consultation and planning work

2.3 After Project Completion

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. However, we offer a warranty period for bug fixes and issues related to our work.

3. Digital Marketing Services

3.1 Monthly Retainer Services

  • Cancellations must be made 30 days before the next billing cycle
  • Partial refunds are not available for monthly retainer services
  • Services will continue until the end of the paid period

3.2 Campaign-Based Services

  • If campaigns have not been launched, you may request a refund minus setup costs
  • Once campaigns are live, refunds are calculated based on unused ad spend and time
  • Performance-based metrics do not qualify for refunds as results vary based on multiple factors

4. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term strategy with results that develop over time:

  • No refunds are available based on ranking positions or traffic metrics
  • Refunds may be considered if agreed-upon deliverables are not provided
  • Monthly SEO services require 30 days notice for cancellation
  • Work completed including research, optimization, and reporting is non-refundable

5. Web Hosting & Domain Services

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed
  • Hosting services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months
  • Setup fees and migration costs are non-refundable
  • Annual plans may receive partial refunds for unused full months only

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party costs (domain registrations, SSL certificates, premium plugins, stock assets)
  • Consultation and strategy planning fees
  • Custom research and competitive analysis
  • Content creation (copywriting, graphic design, video production)
  • Services that have been completed and delivered
  • Ad spend on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

7. Warranty and Support

Instead of refunds after completion, we offer:

  • 30-60 day warranty on website development for bug fixes
  • Free revisions during the active project phase (as specified in contract)
  • Technical support for issues related to our development work
  • Ongoing maintenance plans for continued support

8. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis with mutual agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  • We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, formal refund request can be submitted
  • All disputes will be handled professionally and fairly

10. Refund Processing

10.1 Approved Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

  • You will receive written confirmation via email
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 10-15 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

10.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Some milestones have been completed
  • Portions of the service have been delivered
  • Third-party costs have been incurred
  • Significant time has been invested in the project
